The Driving Force Behind Our Success
Rishab Thakur,
Rishab is the founder of NewLife Capital Group. Rishab comes from an engineering and project management background. He has a strong passion for entrepreneurship and real estate. Prior to getting into real estate, Rishab had the opportunity to work nationally and internationally on multi billion dollars development projects ranging from Liquified Natural Gas Plants to NASA’s Exportation Ground Systems Mobile Launcher project which is part of NASA’s Moon to Mars Artemis Program. Over 15 years of professional career, Rishab developed competencies such as financial analysis, scheduling, budgeting / cost control, risk management, proposals development, client/vendor negotiations, construction execution, safety, and contracts management.
Rishab’s journey in real estate business started in 2015 in single family rentals from where he has expanded his business to Multifamily with a focus on bringing great investment opportunities to investors and making an impact on the community. Rishab is currently involved in all aspects of NewLife Capital Group business with a focus in underwriting, acquisitions, and asset management. Rishab leverages his expertise in large-scale project management, analytics, and process improvements to ensure NewLife Capital Group processes are world class which help in delivering extra ordinary results to our stakeholders.
Rishab has a Master’s in Engineering and Certification in Business from Texas A&M University, College Station, TX.
